CANCELLATION POLICY
The first night is non-refundable under any circumstances.All cancellations must be made by e-mail only. Upon receipt of the cancellation e-mail, a confirmation of cancellation will be sent to the e-mail provided at the time of booking.Telephone cancellations will NOT be accepted.If you wish to cancel or modify your reservation, 48 hours' notice must be given, calculated based on local check-in time.In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, the penalty charge will be equivalent to the total amount of the reservation.Even if you cancel your reservation, the first night is non-refundable under any circumstances.
